• Beef carpaccio of Certified Australian Angus with warm mushroom salad & parmesan
• Salt & pepper calamari with eggplant and tomato compote and lime aioli
• Seared scallops with wakami seaweed salad & vanilla soy reduction
• Lasagna with layers of smoked salmon, crème fraiche and fresh avocado
Main
• ½ WA Lobster served Mornay with parisienne mash potato and char grilled vegetables
• 350g MSA Rib eye served on the bone with truffled potato puree and red wine jus
