The Spanish Paella was wonderful and the Raspberry and Grand Marnier cheese cake was absolutely the best we have ever tasted.

The service was impeccable and the views a perfect accompaniment. A great value dining experience. The only suggestion we would make to improve the potential experience would be the addition of a good Bouillabaisse to the menu. Any chance? - Michael S

Rotisserie: Salmon, Tuna and whole Rainbow Trout - were all thoroughly enjoyed by our table. Excellent, very tender & fresh tasting.

Fresh Barramundi - excellent, cooked well - very tender & juicy. Great flavour. Roast herb was a nice taste yet still allowed the flavour of the fish to come through. Nice touch by bringing out the fish live for display at the table.

Rotisserie Kingfish - again, excellent, very tender & fresh tasting. Natural flavours of fish came through. Like the rotisserie concept.

Overall - great food, memorable tastes & concepts. I do believe its a truly unique offering which should set Fish apart from other seafood restaurants - Kim
