Baby barramundi with turned vegetables in a Vietnamese broth
Grilled tuna on warm kipfler potato with pimento emulsion
Eye fillet wrapped in prosciutto with baby carrots, caramelized shallots and port glaze
Grilled chicken breast on bean cassoulet with chorizo
Mediterranean style roasted capsicum stuffed with vegetable pilaf (v)
All mains served with chef’s selection of salad & sides
