• Oysters Kilpatrick (worcestershire, crispy bacon, parmesan)

• Prawn and seafood cocktail
• Salt & pepper calamari with eggplant and tomato compote and lime aioli
• Seared scallops, with marinated wild mushrooms, wakami seaweed salad & vanilla bean vinaigrette
• Beef carpaccio of Certified Australian Angus with warm mushroom salad & parmesan

• Garlic prawns over angel hair pasta tossed in white wine, garlic, virgin olive oil and fried spinach
• Grilled breast of organic chicken served on truffled mash with roast capsicum coulis
• Crispy skinned Tasmanian salmon served over garlic spinach and potato puree with a salsa of Kalamata olives, caper berries, tomato & basil
