• Gravad lax with Diablo mustard sauce
• Prosciutto with melon confit
• Rillette of organic chicken with truffle mayonnaise
• Terrine of fish and sun dried tomato in nori seaweed

• Salt and pepper calamari with tomato and eggplant compote served with lime aioli
• Seared scallops with grilled asparagus and hollandaise sauce
• Blue cheese soufflé with poached pears, toasted walnuts and port sauce
• Pate of pork and veal with caramelized cranberries

• Pan fried blue eye with seafood raviole & Beurre Blanc
• Grilled garlic prawns with ponato rosti, sauteed spinach and truffle infused herb oil
